By using Prix Futé, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Prix Futé app or site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Prix Futé is a grocery price comparison service. We don't sell any products and aren't responsible for prices or availability shown in-store — always confirm the price at checkout. Displayed prices come from automated crawls and community contributions, and may vary or be outdated.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Let us know quickly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

The comparator relies on community trust. You may not submit false prices or reviews, manipulate the carrots/gamification system, or automatically scrape the service's content without our written permission.

Futé+ subscription

Futé+ is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, billed through your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the already-paid period. Free trial terms, when offered, are specified at sign-up.

Intellectual property

The Prix Futé brand, logo, and the content of the site and app belong to us or are used under license. Contributions you post (reviews, reported prices) remain yours, but you grant us the right to display and use them to run the service.

Limitation of liability

Prix Futé is provided "as is". We do our best to keep displayed prices accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for price discrepancies found in-store.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable Canadian law.

Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time; significant changes will be flagged to you in the app.
